Pic Nic Salami

Picnic salami is the perfect companion for an afternoon snack or an aperitivo with friends. It can be enjoyed even after a few days of curing, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavors of the freshly seasoned meat.

It has a slightly curved shape, given by the natural casing used for stuffing. The slice has a finer grind compared to other types of salami.
