The natural truffle flavor gives the seasoned salami a perfect balance of flavours.
The parts of the pig used are bread and thigh. The meat, coarsely ground, is seasoned with salt and natural truffle flavouring.
Stuffed in a natural casing, the salami is left to dry for a week and then aged in cool rooms for at least 30/40 days.
