Thinly sliced to enhance freshness, the Gran Cotto Pernigotti can be enjoyed with toasted bread or breadsticks.

It is made of selected hind legs of domestic heavy pigs bred in Italy, using the traditional method of “injection salting”.

Ingredients:
Pork leg, salt, dextrose, sucrose, natural flavors. Antioxidant: E301. Preservative: E250.
