Produced with pork belly from Italian pigs, it is dry-salted and aged for a minimum of 60 and a maximum of 180 days.

The balance between the fatty and lean parts is perfect, with the sweetness of the former combining with the savory flavor of the latter.

Ingredients:
Pork, salt, dextrose, spices, natural flavors. Preservatives: E251, E252.
