Bacon comes marinade with the same tanning of Cooked Ham for a few days and subsequently rolled and cooked on low temperature.

The smoking takes place using natural wood. Ideal for filling of pizza and focaccia.

Pork. Salt, dextrose, sucrose, natural flavors. Antioxidant: E301. Preservative: E250.
